Cris Chico

I invented and coined the term virtual wholesaling in 2008. I still run my own motivated seller campaigns every week. I specialize in online lead generation for real estate investors. Not an agency. Not a lead vendor. Operator to operator: we install the system in your account and teach you how to run it.
