A letter from Cris Chico. What I sell, what it costs, and how to know if it is for you. Prices are on this page.
That is me walking through real client ad accounts, about 10 minutes. Watch it or just read the letter below. Same ground either way.
Hey, I'm Cris Chico.
I coined virtual wholesaling in 2008, and I still run my own motivated seller campaigns every week. I am not an agency, and I am not a guru with a box of videos. This page is me telling you exactly what I sell, in plain text, with the prices on it.
No funnel tricks. You can read the whole thing in about four minutes.
You know the feeling on the 1st of the month. No pipeline, no leads, and the channel you were counting on is not producing.
If you are reading this, it is usually one of three stories:
Different receipts, same wound: every marketing channel feels like it is struggling to make you deals, because you are renting your lead flow. The vendor owns the machine. The agency owns the skill. The day you stop paying, you are back at zero, because you never owned the thing that makes the leads.
I sell the way out of that loop.
I teach wholesalers to own their motivated seller ad machine. That means:
| Renting (PPL or agency) | Owning (this) | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per lead | $100 to $300, resold | $20 to $35, exclusive |
| Who owns the account and data | The vendor | You |
| When you stop paying | Everything vanishes | The machine is still yours |
| Monthly cost forever | $1,500 to $3,000+ retainers or per-lead fees | Ad spend only, paid to Meta. $33 a day floor; scale operators run $300 to $500 a day |
Do not take the table's word for it. Here are real ad manager screenshots from live accounts running this machine, redacted. The first one is a client's account: their account, their leads, their data.
Here is the part that matters. I coined virtual wholesaling in 2008 and I still run my own campaigns every week, so I am not teaching from memory. But who cares what I can do in my account. What matters is that clients get the same numbers in accounts THEY own. That is the whole point of the machine: it transfers.
These are real students. You are welcome to go message them, and their full video interviews are on the due-diligence page you get as soon as you book. We have not paid any of them.
And real screenshots from inside the group, shared by the students themselves:
Individual results, not typical, not a promise. Results vary with your market, your effort, and your spend.
Nobody else in this space publishes prices. Here are ours.
Academy: $4,000 paid in full (or 2 payments of $2,500, $5,000 total)
You install the system with our coaching. 12 months of coaching included.
Kickstart: $5,000 paid in full (or 2 payments of $3,000, $6,000 total)
We install it inside your account, live within 7 days, and hand you the keys. 12 months of coaching included.
Most clients start there. Some later add campaign management and done-for-you setups; full engagements run up to about $9,800. Optional, and not a decision you make today.
Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Meta. The floor is $1,000 a month, about $33 a day. Most clients run $33 to $100 a day, and operators in scale mode run $300 to $500 a day inside the same machine. The budget is a dial, not a plan.
Smart. We put the entire offer in one document: what it is, everything you get, who it is NOT for, and the prices.
Read the offer doc → It takes about 7 minutes, and nobody will call you.
If you have never done a deal and want convincing that wholesaling works, this is not your best fit. Same if you want passive income and will not talk to sellers, or if you can only fund the program but not the ad spend, or if you will only ever touch one zip code and refuse to go wider. We will tell you that for free on the call, but I would rather save you the call.
Not closed a deal yet? Here is the honest line. If you know the game (contracts, assignments, what to do when a seller says yes), you have already spent real money trying to get deals (a course, direct mail, PPL, an agency), and you can fund the program plus the ad spend, apply anyway and be straight about where you are. Some strong operators started exactly there. But if you are still asking what wholesaling is or how to fill out a contract, this is not your next step yet. This machine is for people who already know what to do with a lead.
"I've paid for programs before and got nothing."
Fair, and that scar is exactly why this page has prices on it and a document instead of a pitch. What you are buying is an asset you own plus a practitioner who still does this every week, with peers you can message.
"I used an agency before and got burned."
That is the exact situation this was built for. An agency runs ads in an account they control, so the machine stops the day the retainer stops, and in plenty of cases they keep the account, the pixel, and the leads. Here everything is built in YOUR account from day one. The ads, the data, the skill. When the coaching ends, the machine is still yours. Nobody can keep your leads again.
"I'm cold calling, or paying a cold call team, and it's just not producing like it used to."
You are not imagining it. Spam flags, silenced ringers, and tighter calling rules only move in one direction. The good news: the phone skills you or your team have built are the hard part, and they transfer completely. Inbound just points them at warm sellers who raised their hand instead of strangers who did not. Keep the team if you like the team. Feed them better calls.
"What if I'm not tech savvy?"
The real constraint is time, not tech. It is step by step, we are on live calls with you 3x a week, and Kickstart exists if you want it installed for you. Budget about an hour a week once it is running.
"It feels risky compared to my guaranteed PPL contract."
Then do not rip anything out. Run this in parallel for 30 to 60 days and compare your cost per lead side by side.
"Is that the best you can do on price?"
The average assignment in this business runs around $15,000, so one deal covers the program with room to spare. That is cost recovery math against what you already spend renting, not a promise of results. Payment plans are above.
"I'm already spending $300 to $500 a day. Is this too small for me?"
The opposite. The bigger your spend, the more the rented model is costing you in markups and retainers, and the more account ownership pays. The machine is identical at $33 a day and $500 a day. You own the account, so budget is a dial: same campaigns, same coaching, more throughput, and no middleman taking a percentage of it.
"Can I run this just in my own backyard?"
Yes, and here is the honest tradeoff: the tighter the geography, the higher the cost per lead. Wide is where the $20 to $35 leads live. Tight local can absolutely work, but the math leans harder on you as the operator: sharper sales conversations and more ways to monetize each lead, wholesale or novation, so fewer leads still produce deals. That is what the coaching and the novations playbook are for. Jean will give you the realistic number for your exact targeting.
"I need to talk to my partner."
Good, that is what the offer doc is for. Send it to them. Everything is in writing, prices included.
Book a 15 to 20 minute call with Jean, who runs enrollment. The prices are already published, so the call is for your questions, your market, and enrollment if it is a fit. No 90 minute pitch. If it is a good fit and you want to start right away, have your payment method handy. Most people who enroll do it on the call.
For wholesalers who have done deals and can put at least $1,000 a month into ads.
Talk soon,
Chico
